SEBI extends the Samuhik Prativedan Manch to Clearing Members, consolidating 14 compliance reports to reduce duplication starting September 30, 2026.
SEBI Expands Samuhik Platform to Clearing Members
SEBI has extended the Samuhik Prativedan Manch (SPM)—its centralized reporting platform—to Clearing Members of stock exchanges. The move mandates submission of 14 existing compliance reports through SPM, aiming to eliminate redundant filings across multiple systems.
The integration will streamline reporting for entities registered with clearing corporations, including those handling derivatives and cash segments. Reports cover areas such as risk management, margin compliance, settlement obligations, and client code verification.
By unifying submission channels, SEBI seeks to improve data accuracy and reduce operational burden. Clearing Members must ensure technical readiness and internal coordination with IT and compliance teams ahead of the September 30, 2026 rollout. This initiative marks a step toward a unified regulatory reporting ecosystem.
