A 1986-batch IAS officer, Mr. Kurian served in numerous capacities, including District Collector, Labour Commissioner, and Managing Director of the Kerala State Industries Development Corporation (KSIDC).
Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Kurian was recognized for his innovative leadership within the Kerala Government.
