## What You'll Learn

What You'll Do
- Assist in developing and maintaining web applications
- Write clean, maintainable code under mentorship
- Participate in code reviews and learn best practices
- Help with bug fixes and feature implementations
- Document code and technical processes
- Collaborate with the development team on projects
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed B.Tech/BCA/MCA in Computer Science or related field
- Basic knowledge of programming (any language)
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Strong willingness to learn and grow
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work 20-40 hours per week
